Waving

This coat references Hokusai’s Wave, and his boats have been replaced by
an RNLI-style boat. Poseidon, the protector of seafarers, is commonly seen
topless, but I have recycled textiles, some of which I hope will move similarly
to the sea in the wind to make a 200-year RNLI celebration coat for him.
